How To Expedite the Loan Process
In order to expedite your loan process, please bring the following items with you to your loan appointment:
- Copy of fully executed Sales Contract.
- Check for the credit report.
- Two (2) years of recent and consecutive W-2 Statements from ALL employers, for ALL borrowers.
- Two (2) most recent and consecutive pay stubs
- from ALL employers
- for ALL borrowers
- covering a full 30 day pay period
- listing year-to-date information
- Twelve (12) months canceled Mortgage or Rent checks covering the past 12 months period, and year end Mortgage Statement.
- Three (3) recent and consecutive bank statements from any bank account to be utilized as funds available for loan closing costs, down payment, and cash reserves.
- Most recent IRA/401K/Mutual Fund Stock statements.
- Final Decree of Divorce with all schedules and petitions attached (if applicable).
- Bankruptcy Documents - include letter of explanation, petition and discharge papers along with any other supporting documents(s) you feel explains your case (if applicable).
- Copy of Social Security Card and Photo ID for ALL borrowers.
- Executed Gift Letter along with supporting documentation (if applicable).
- Any letters of explanation.
- If vehicles are owned free and clear, provide a copy of the Title.
If you are Self Employed (Sole Proprietor, Partnership, Corporation), on Commission, Own Rental Property:
- Two (2) years of recent, consecutive Personal Tax Returns with all schedules attached.
- Two (2) years of recent, consecutive Corporate or Partnership Tax Returns with all schedules.
- Year-to-date Income Statement and Statement of Operations (or comparable statements).
- Copy of Property Lease/Rental Agreement(s) for rental properties owned.
